It's all about rooting kids in Christ.
If you are reading this, that probably means you are a parent doing your best to raise your kid(s), and it probably means you want to know if what's important to you is important to us. After all, who wants to trust their greatest treasure to someone they just aren't sure about? We feel ya sister (or brother, as the case may be). Here's our bottom line--we want to teach kids to know and follow Jesus, but we don't think that's boring or that we have to bore them to do it. The Grove is our exciting Kid's Ministry that engages kids where they are and shows them God's love.
Our purpose is simple: We want to root kids in Christ--that means helping you give kids spiritual roots for life.
We do that by working to plant 5 seeds into the life of every child:
Kid's Church
Sundays 10:45 a.m. - Noon
Kids age k-6th grade are invited to learn about Jesus every Sunday morning at 10:45 in our redesigned (just-for-kids) Kids space. Kids learn about what it means to follow Jesus through bible stories, songs, skits, crafts and games in an age-appropriate way. We plant the dig into God's word, plant the seed of God's love, give them a chance to use their talents, and give them a chance to sow seeds of generosity and kindness. Kid's Church is led by our fabulous Kids Ministry Director, Lisa Busch

Kid's Sunday School
Sundays 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Sunday School is our basic way to teach kids about the Bible and God's love in an age-appropriate, fun way. Kids love it!
Classes are available for kid's age 2-6th grade. To create a safe environment for kids, all teachers have been screened and have been through a background check. A greeter will help you and your child find their way to their class.
Caravans
Wednesdays 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Our Purpose: "And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men." Luke 2:52

Caravans is a Christian scouting program where kids have fun learning life skills and earn merit badges. There are ample opportunities to produce talents, dig into God's word, sow seeds of generosity & kindness. Kids explore a wide array of fun activities - archery, astronomy, health, drama, Bible memorization, worship, photography, music, hiking, swimming, team building and many more. Classes are for 4 yr olds through 6th grade, led by fully qualified parents and volunteers. We're in the upstairs classrooms...come join the fun!
